Alltech Prevail Reversed Phase columns are a line of HPLC columns in the Alltech Prevail family for use with 100% organic to 100% aqueous mobile phases, allowing separation of highly polar analytes in aqueous mobile phases and hydrophobic analytes in organic mobile phases. These columns are made with spherical silica, monomerically bonded and endcapped with a 110Å pore size. They are available with 8 different C18, C18 and phenyl packing phases in six different formats.

The Select C18, 3µm packing phase is available in LC/MS format in lengths of 50, 100 and 150mm and an internal diameter of 2.1mm. The Solvent-Reducer format is available in a length of 150mm and an internal diameter of 3.0mm. The Analytical format is available in lengths of 100 and 150mm and an internal diameter of 4.6mm. The Rocket Format is available in lengths of 33 and 53mm and an internal diameter of 7mm.
