    Analysis of Oligosaccharides and Alcohols in Food by HPLC, Grom Application Number 10183 A mixture of nine oligosaccharides and alcohols found in foods was separated using a GROM RESIN ZC HPLC column (300 x 8mm, Part No. GPZC11012S3008) by isocratic elution with calcium EDTA, 50mg/L in water in around 20 minutes and detected by refractive index (RI). The compounds separated were maltotriose, maltose, lactulose, glucose, xylose, arabinose, adonitol, arabitol and xylitol.

    Analysis of Sugars in Beverages, Grom Application Number 10082 A mixture of seven sugars found in beverages was separated using a GROM-RESIN ZP column (300 x 8mm, Part No. GPZP11012S3008) by isocratic elution with water in around 17 minutes and detected by refractive index (RI). The sugars separated were raffinose, maltose, glucose, xylose, galactose, arabinose and mannose.

    HPLC of Surface Active Detergents, Grom Application Number 01121 Thirteen surface-active detergents were separated using a GROM-SIL 120 ODS-3 CP column (250 x 4mm, Part No. GSOD30512S2504) by isocratic elution with 0.25M sodium perchlorate, pH 2.5 (with phosphoric acid) and methanol 30/70 in around 31 minutes and detected by refractive index (RI). The compounds separated were lauryldimethlyaminoacetic acid betaine, 2-lauryl-n-carboxymethyl-n-hydroxyethylimidazolinium betaine, lauryldimethylaminoxide, sodium-n-lauroylmethyllaurate, sodium-n-lauroyl-L-glutamate, laurinic acid diethanolamide, lauric acid monoethanolamide, sodium-laurylsulfonate, sodium-laurylsulfate, sodium-n-lauroylsarcosinate, sodium-n-laurylaminopropionate, sodium-n-lauroylsulfosuccinate and sodium laurate.

The compounds separated were glucose, maltose, maltotriose, maltotetraose, maltopentaose, maltohexaose and maltoheptaose.
